Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
As a manufacturer, our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Some health and personal care products

To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of its approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as delays can occur.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at Info@outraven.com and send your product to:
Defence Road, Sialkot 51310, Pakistan.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued once the returned item is received. If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to:
Defence Road, Sialkot 51310, Pakistan.

Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For higher-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
